Free Trade, Sovereignty, and Social Cooperation

It's important to realize that global free trade erodes state sovereignty. But it's far more important to realize that it's a feature, not a bug, since the less state sovereignty, the more consumer sovereignty, and the less national self-sufficiency, the more social cooperation.
